Our goal is to hold a permanent place among the most trusted and most widely used providers of business management and finance software in Poland. We don’t just want to respond to where the market is going — we want to get there first.

enova365 is a mature, versatile, and highly scalable ERP system. Its strength is in a modular structure paired with a three-tier licensing model — Silver, Gold, and Platinum — that lets each business match functionality and cost precisely to where they are today, whether that’s a fast-growing SME or a large corporate group.
A hybrid architecture supports the traditional desktop interface alongside full browser access and mobile apps, making it practical for teams of all shapes and working styles. enova365 is the core of what Soneta does: a universal platform built to grow alongside the businesses running it.
Enterprise-class ERP
TRIVA is built for large, complex organisations that want a serious, mature Polish alternative to the global ERP systems. It’s natively web-based, process-oriented by design, and deployed through a unique three-party model in which Soneta stays actively involved from the first day of implementation to the last — not just at kickoff.
Advanced capabilities like Business Intelligence and document workflow are part of the core product, not optional paid add-ons. At the centre of TRIVA is the concept of personalised management Cockpits: dashboards that users configure themselves to match the way they work, made possible through modern web technologies and a low-code approach that keeps the system fast to adapt as needs change.
Soneta by the numbers
Robert Czuła,
President of the Board
Studied and worked as a research assistant at Cracow University of Technology. Co-author of the original payroll and HR software that eventually evolved into what Soneta builds today. Outside of work: short cycling trips — flat terrain and downhills only — and football with the family.
Marcin Wojas,
R&D Director
Co-creator of Soneta’s payroll, HR, and commercial software. Now leads the ongoing technical development of enova365. Hobbies: cycling, music, and cross-country skiing.
Marcin Spiechowicz,
Deputy R&D Director
A graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, working in software since 1993. Also among the original developers of Soneta’s payroll and HR modules. Free time: alpine skiing and sailing.
